Where the old deck would only provide for one table (and at that it was cramped), the new deck, accessible from the TV room, is 22’ x 20’ and provides ample room for multiple tables and chairs.  A walkway bridge connects the large deck to a new grill deck with access to the kitchen and the yard below.  LED-lit post caps softly illuminate the deck at night, and provide an enviable view from nearby homes.
